抑制 Lark 重推/恢复通知（重推逻辑仍会执行）。需配置 API Token。

API Token Bearer token（与服务端 SILENCE_API_TOKEN 一致）

批量静默全部 | Silence all (EncoderStreamRepush) 持续时间（分钟）备注

选择性静默 | Selective (regex per label)

Labels: alertname, severity, instance, encoder, stream — 值为 完整匹配 的正则。

当前有效静默包含已过期（仅列表查询）
